I moved in the beginning of this month and I have to tell you it is the best place I have been in so very long. The management here has just been so on point. The Maintenance has always been done on schedule times. The manager Charlene Is just absolutely top-notch. I am so blessed to have moved here and we will be here for a long time to come. I recently toured a three-bedroom apartment, and I couldn’t be more impressed! The layout was spacious, with plenty of natural light, and every room was thoughtfully designed for comfort. The finishes and appliances felt high-quality, and I loved the modern touches in the kitchen and bathrooms. The community amenities are also top-notch, and Charlene was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, answering all my questions and making the tour enjoyable. I left feeling like this could truly be home! Highly recommend touring if you’re looking for a beautiful, welcoming place to live.

What a great experience moving here was. Charlene in the office was amazing, she made everything so easy and was so welcoming. I felt right at home! And the apartment home is great, I love the lay out. I feel like it's my own house! and it has a great dog park. And the neighborhood is perfect. I can’t say how much I appreciate this place and the Landlord. Mrs.Charlene has been the absolute best!!!! My family and I are military and when we got stationed here, the military couldn’t get us in a house on post by the time my husbands report date was, so we had to look last minute for somewhere to live and we found here. We are so grateful!!!

Charlene, the property manager is amazing! She is great at communicating, is always welcoming, and always treats residents with respect. 10/10 would recommend! Charlene and Heath work hard to care for the residents, and have shown that we aren't just residents, but we are a community. All concerns are met promptly. Heath is a phenomenal maintenance supervisor, he goes above and beyond to make sure things are done right, no matter what the task is.

I would rate a 1000 if I could Charlene has gone above and beyond to get me approved, she stayed after work several nights to work my application with me and lead me through the process and she made sure my town home was perfect! She is a huge asset to the company and being a general manager myself I would love to have her as an employee! I am so excited to move in because with management that perfect what could actually go wrong. Anything I have needed she has done right then! The town home it self was perfect and any areas seen she didn’t like she put a request in right then! So happy with my choice here.

Charlene the property manager is awesome. She’s on time with maintenance request. Any issues you may have she’s on top of them and she’s also willing to work with the resident if they’re forthcoming and everything before time I appreciate her coming to the property and replacing an old manager. She has really done a lot to show that she cares even though she lives on Property she still does not hover over the resident she just let you live and I like that and I stay right across the way from her with no issues. We have been here almost a year now and it has been peaceful. Charlene has been great. She is great at negotiating and overall is a good leasing person; she has weekly to biweekly community gatherings like a food truck and she always has something fun going on in the leasing office like guessing the number of candies in a jar to win a prize, or mothers day and fathers day gifts for kids to pick for their parents. The more she has done to renovate the community, like fixing the parking lots and the landscaping, the more homely the place has become. So far we will be signing another lease when the time comes. Keep doing what you are doing and thanks for being awesome♥

I think her name was Cassie, she was so knowledgeable and helpful and even gave us restaurant recommendations as it was almost lunch time for us. I've lived here 5-6 years now and seen a lot of changes but it should stop here. Kara is a great property manager. She's always willing to work with you if you're willing to reciprocate and is very reasonable. Jeff, maintenance, is very personable every time he's covering for Kara or when he's fixing up the place. I hope they are both here to stay, just like me! 10/10 recommend this place if you can afford it. The community is worth it.

I like living here and my kids do too, the one thing I would say is before Kara came we were not fans of the previous landlord and we were tempted to leave. Glad we stuck it out .

These townhomes come standard stainless steel appliances with a washer dryer in unit. You’re literally 5 min away from any shopping or everyday needs as there are multiple stores & plazas to choose from. I love living here & me & my family plan to continue to stay as long as the rent doesn’t increase too much.
