I recently toured a three-bedroom apartment, and I couldn’t be more impressed! The layout was spacious, with plenty of natural light, and every room was thoughtfully designed for comfort. The finishes and appliances felt high-quality, and I loved the modern touches in the kitchen and bathrooms. The community amenities are also top-notch, and Charlene was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, answering all my questions and making the tour enjoyable. I left feeling like this could truly be home! Highly recommend touring if you’re looking for a beautiful, welcoming place to live.

What a great experience moving here was. Charlene in the office was amazing, she made everything so easy and was so welcoming. I felt right at home! And the apartment home is great, I love the lay out. I feel like it's my own house! and it has a great dog park. And the neighborhood is perfect. I normally don't do "reviews" but I had to take the time for this review. It is well deserved. Thank you Charleene!

Great place amazing service

I can’t say how much I appreciate this place and the Landlord. Mrs.Charlene has been the absolute best!!!! My family and I are military and when we got stationed here, the military couldn’t get us in a house on post by the time my husbands report date was, so we had to look last minute for somewhere to live and we found here. We are so grateful!!!

Living at Carefree Village Townhomes is fantastic! The complex is well-maintained, and the townhomes are spacious and comfortable. Charlene, the manager, is professional and friendly, always addressing concerns promptly. Awesome dog park as well:)

Very pretty three story condos super cute

I’ve never lived in an apartment managed by such an amazing woman before. Charlene genuinely cares about her tenants and takes time to make sure they are good. If I could live there forever under her I would. She’s got so much grace and is such a sweet woman. This complex is amazing because of her.

Property manager Charlene is so kind and so understanding. You can definitely tell she cares about her job. She always goes above and beyond with any questions or help we need. Stay here it's worth it
